DAILY TARGETS FOR PLAYERS AND COACHES

Players and coaches individually define and evaluate one stretched development and performance target per day (practice/game). Coaches uses players' daily targets and their evaluations as a basis for the bi-monthly “Structured development talks”

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS

Both players and coaches have an individual development plan (specific development areas for coaches are, for example, “Feedback”, “Player observation – game and practice”, “Developmental dialogue”).

BI-MONTHLY STRUCTURED DEVELOPMENT TALKS

Each player have individual talks with the coach, and each coach have individual talks with their coach/development leader. Purpose of talks is to “close the books” on the period since last talk, analyze actual development and performance, review long-term goals, and agree upon priorities for next (8 week) period

PLAYER BAROMETER

A simple digital survey where players answer a handful of questions about their experiences in the team
